New Aid for Weathercasters - 1961
Taken from the September 11, 1961 edition of - Broadcasting at http://www.americanradiohistory.com/index.htm. As you can see WJAC-TV signed on for this very unique way to present the forecast. I can't have seen this fad lasting very long though.
