All I know about this picture is that it was taken in 1955 - somewhere in Johnstown.

I want to say Woodvale, but I'm not sure about the lack of river wall -- The switch house fits though ... There used to be one before it got crushed in a train wreck ...

That's in the Conemaugh Yard...across the river from the old Beth Steel plant in Franklin
