From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
March 4, 1947
We ate a lunch and then Harry (son) come and took us in to the funeral home. The services was very nice. We laid our dear friend and loved one away. I hope we will be able to meet him in heaven.
May God be with the rest of us who is left here for a short time.
Rev. Minch preached the sermon and it was good.
