From the diary of Mrs. Elizabeth Oldham of Moxham
Friday - July 25, 1947
I done about all the cleaning to day. Ida cleaned the bed room.
I baked bread and a cake. To day was John's birthday. Alice brought us a piece of his cake. It is good.
Clifford was here a while this evening.
Bettie is away camping and has the car. Her mother is staying with Clifford.
Clifford & B.J. and Nancy was over to Ferndale to a carnival.
