We have been in talks to offer tours of the old trolley graveyard in Windber and we have come to an agreement with the owner to finally be able to tour acres and acres of old trolleys, buses, trains and cars. He will be opening up all the barns for this very special tour - October 22 from 10 am to 3 pm. He is charging $30 for the five hour tour - payable to 'Vintage Electric Streetcar Company'. You must RSVP to me by October 20 either by emailing me at cacicia@hotmail.com. On Saturday, October 22, we will be meeting up at Giant Eagle on Scalp Avenue at 8:45 am to collect the admission fee and then head out to the site.
