Plenty of early morning hot dogs with secret sauce after a night out drinking at the local bars. I played in a band, the El Vistas, and we played at every dive in town. Eudy's Cocktail Lounge on the Windber road, the Utopian Club near Miller's Clothing Store, Castle Farms on the way to Ligonier, Plaza Lounge and every other place we could find. My lord, did we have a great time!!
The Coney Island was a great place. Went back a few years ago to the newer place and it does have some of the charm of the original, or maybe that is just my mind making it so. thanks for the memories.
